Telemarketing Sales Position – David Dean State Farm
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Eagle Creek)

What You’ll Do
- Call prospects and existing clients to quote and sell policies
- Bundle coverages and add lines over the phone
- Deliver fast, friendly service that converts calls into sales
- Hit daily and monthly call, appointment, and sales goals
- Train to sharpen phone sales, objection handling, and closing skills
Who We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, confident, and coachable
- Competitive and driven by targets and earnings
- Strong phone presence and clear communicator
- Customer service, retail, or sales experience a plus
- Willing to obtain insurance licenses (training and exam support provided)
