What You’ll Actually Do

  • Build relationships with new and existing clients through consultative, needs-based conversations

  • Identify opportunities to bundle policies, upgrade coverage, and add lines (auto → home → life → business, etc.)

  • Deliver fast, friendly service that turns one-time buyers into long-term clients

  • Hit clear, measurable goals around sales, retention, and customer satisfaction

  • Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your sales, product, and communication skills

Who We’re Looking For

  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to people every day

  • Competitive and driven by clear targets and financial upside

  • Coachable and eager to learn the insurance business

  • Strong communicator—both in person and over the phone

  • Detail-oriented and organized (you follow up and follow through)

  • Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required

  • Willing to obtain or already hold an Indiana Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (training and support provided)
