What You’ll Actually Do
- Build relationships with new and existing clients through consultative, needs-based conversations
- Identify opportunities to bundle policies, upgrade coverage, and add lines (auto → home → life → business, etc.)
- Deliver fast, friendly service that turns one-time buyers into long-term clients
- Hit clear, measurable goals around sales, retention, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your sales, product, and communication skills
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to people every day
- Competitive and driven by clear targets and financial upside
- Coachable and eager to learn the insurance business
- Strong communicator—both in person and over the phone
- Detail-oriented and organized (you follow up and follow through)
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
- Willing to obtain or already hold an Indiana Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (training and support provided)
